Camp Forms*
Here are all the forms that are mandatory for every camper who comes to camp Exemplar!
*All forms MUST be turned in completed before any camper will be allowed to stay on campus. Parents are not allowed to drop off their child the first day of camp without making sure your camper's papers are approved and notarized.
